Trail that Dana blazed up the mountain. We need this path to truck soil up to our apple trees as they are being planted. As the weather warms up, we have been run out by ticks. In one place alone, I spotted and exterminated at least 7 ticks before leaving the area. Of all these ticks spotted, we have not had a tick burrow in us for weeks (-I do believe angels are helping us with this, because petitions have been made to God regarding this subject.-)

These wild flowers are blooming in various locations on the property, they are called Pansy Violets or Chicken Foot Violets.
